Hey friends, today I want to look at a life map exercise I created for myself on paper years ago. But I lost it (or it’s somewhere in the attic), and I can't find it anymore. So here’s a ROUGH video version of what the exercise entails. (I do plan to make a more detailed and elaborate version of this at some point, though.)
